Renovation projects using plastering and drywall
The photograph above and left shows the former miners home in Blackpool,completed in 2004 for Eric Wright Construction. The former miners convalescence home has been converted into luxury apartments.This project has won numerous English Heritage awards.
The development comprises the partial demolition,
refurbishment and alteration of the Grade 2 Listed
Building of the former Miners Convalescent Home to
provide 47 self-contained residential apartments, and
basement car parking.
The construction of 2 No new multi storey apartment
blocks on the site flanking the frontage of the original building and providing 39 and 32 self-contained residential apartments, respectively.
